Welcome to (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “FACTS Transcripts” or “FACTS” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Company”), an initiative of IBC Group, a company incorporated under the Companies (Amended) Act 2013 and the Companies Act 1956 in India (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “FACTS Transcripts” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Company”). FACTS Transcripts propose to collect data and other information about individuals and persons who have authorized or will authorize and engage FACTS Transcripts to apply for and obtain academic or education-related documents on their behalf from the specified/corresponding university/Board/College/Institution (hereinafter referred to as the “Requestor” or “Applicant”). This collection of data and information is for or in connection with their employment (current/past), higher education, overseas travel, commercial, matrimonial, and immigration purposes, among others.

FACTS Transcripts, as a service provider, does not have any affiliations with or act directly or indirectly on behalf of any university or institution. We operate as a facilitator, offering peer-to-peer (P2P) logistics services for transcript retrieval from educational institutions. Our role is to act as a bridge between alumni and universities, streamlining the document procurement process to save time and effort. This is done under the authorization of candidates/alumni. To initiate the document procurement process, requestors are required to provide relevant information, corresponding documents, and their consent/authorization in the prescribed format as detailed in Annexure-1 of this agreement.

FACTS Transcripts also provides information and materials regarding the services available on this website, collectively referred to as “Materials.” In this agreement, the term “Academic or Education related documents” shall encompass the following:
a. Transcript of academic, educational, or professional qualification(s);
b. Original pass certificate(s) or degree certificate(s);
c. Duplicate pass certificate(s) or degree certificates, including but not limited to lost or theft cases;
d. Duplicate mark sheet(s), including but not limited to lost or theft cases;
e. Medium of Instructions;
f. Migration Certificates; and
g.Any other academic or education-related documents not covered above, subject to their availability at specified/corresponding university/Board/College/Institution.

Together with Requestors (including Services Receivers) and Visitors of this Website we are referred to as ‘Users’ (also referred to as “You,” “Your,” and “You”)

By utilizing the online service provided by FACTS TRANSCRIPTS AND VERIFICATION INC. (FACTS Transcripts), you, as the user, agree to the terms of service and procedures outlined by FACTS (A IBC Group Company) as follows: We gather information from you through our websites, including,, and This information is collected when you request information from us or apply for our credential and verification services, collectively referred to as our “Services.” Additionally, we may obtain information about you from other sources when providing the Services you have requested. It’s important to note that this policy does not apply to information collected by any external websites that may be accessible from or on our Website. Any individual or entity that is unwilling to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the aforementioned acknowledgment and agreement, should refrain from emailing or paying or having any communication with company or submitting documents and selecting the “I agree” or “submit” button associated with this process agreement. 1. You agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose and refrain from any form of misuse or interference.

2. FACTS Transcripts retains the right and discretion to accept or reject any cases or orders without providing reasons.

3. Your usage of our service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with our services.

4. As part of your service usage, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other relevant information, and you agree to comply with any necessary actions. You further agree not to upload or submit any inaccurate or misleading data or information.

5. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be shared with your college/institute, individuals designated by your college/institute, individuals acting on behalf of the recipients you specify for receiving your data, and individuals acting on behalf of FACTS Transcripts to provide you with the service. A FACTS user account is provided for the convenience of applicants and for communication purposes only, and it is not included in the transcripts and verification fees. User details are removed and deleted upon completion of new orders or specific case situations. However, applicants are still permitted to communicate through the official email address: [email protected] and engage the all communications related to their application.

6. Turnaround Time: Upon receiving payment and subject to the successful evaluation of documents, FACTS Transcripts will initiate the application process within 30 working days. We will strive to coordinate with the respective University/Board/College/Institution to complete the process within 15-120 working days from the date of accepting your service request. These timelines serve as guidelines only, as FACTS Transcripts has no control over the internal processes and factors of the corresponding University/Board/Institution. The actual time required to procure the Academic or Education related documents depends on the corresponding

Working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

8. Warranties and disclaimers: We provide our services with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, these services are provided on an “as is” basis, without guarantees of reliability, availability, or the ability to meet your specific needs. FACTS Transcripts does not assume responsibility for services delivered by third parties, such as courier services, postal services, or evaluation services. Once the documents have been dispatched by the University/Board/Institution, FACTS Transcripts will strive to obtain proof of dispatch details from the respective University/Board/Institution or their shipping partners, if applicable, and share the information with you. However, FACTS Transcripts will not be held responsible for any postal errors, loss of documents in transit, misplaced or damaged courier items, accidents, thefts, natural calamities, or any similar incidents.

9. You agree to indemnify FACTS Transcripts and your college/institution against any claims resulting from the use of the services. Under no circumstances shall FACTS Transcripts be held responsible for rejections, if any, by the addressee/corresponding office, for whatsoever reason.

10. If you are using our services on behalf of another entity, that entity accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify FACTS Transcripts from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the services or violation of these terms.

11. Applicants may be required to submit additional documents as and when required for the application process. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the cancellation of the application by FACTS Transcripts. In the event that the concerned University/Board/college/Institution identifies errors or discrepancies in the submitted documents during the verification process, FACTS Transcripts will inform the requestor. In such cases, the requestor has the following options:

(i) Request to stop the case: The requestor can intimate FACTS Transcripts and request for the case to be stopped. FACTS Transcripts will not pursue further action with the concerned University/Board/college/Institution, and any applicable refund will be processed according to the Company’s refund policy, however if the degree found forged / fake / bogus / illegal then FACTS Transcripts reserves right to initiate appropriate action as per law.

(ii) Request for document corrections: The requestor can request FACTS Transcripts to initiate the correction/rectification of the documents. This request will be treated as a new service request and provided at the sole discretion of FACTS Transcripts, subject to payment of additional charges. These charges may include the service fees of FACTS Transcripts and the fees required by the concerned University/Board/college/Institution, if applicable.

12. In the event that the fees paid by the user are insufficient due to technical issues or any other reason, FACTS Transcripts may request the user to pay the additional fees. You are responsible for paying any fees required by the university for additional or missing documents.

13. Any cancellation request should be notified within 24 hours from the time of payment. No cancellation requests will be accepted for applications that are within the due date, unless the decision to accept or reject or refund is determined by FACTS based on the application condition.

14. If an application submitted to the University is put on hold due to lack of information, incomplete/wrong documents, or any other reason, the application will automatically be closed after 3 months. No refunds will be applicable in such cases. The details of institutional fee receipts/challans are confidential and not shared with applicants. Applicants who wish to obtain such information or material must make a separate payment of 200 USD along with a request letter before the start of the application by specifying the purpose. Alternatively, applicants are free to contact the institutions based on the completed transcript issued by the respective institutions to clarify any queries.

15. The time estimates provided are based on past experience or historical data of delivery times by educational institutes. The actual time taken may vary significantly from the given estimates, as FACTS Transcripts has no control over external factors. Delays in response from the source institutions or factors such as institutional internal issues, holidays, strikes, natural calamities, or other force majeure conditions can impact the process timeline. FACTS Transcripts relies on the timelines and information provided by the respective institutions and officials and shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or consequential hardship or losses caused to you due to such delays.

16. Once the documents have been dispatched, FACTS will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged courier/post, and the policies of the respective courier/postal company will be applicable in any such case.

17. FACTS Transcripts will not be responsible for any loss or damage of documents/mark sheets/transcripts due to any mistakes by the university/corresponding Institution. Reprocessing of applications for such cases will require repayment of service charges and university fees and all applicable charges.

18. If the completed transcript is not collected within one month of being ready for delivery, the application will automatically close, and any transcripts or documents associated with the order will be shredded. This applies if the client does not collect the documents within one month for any reason, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

19. The prices are subject to change without notice. Your Academic or Education related documents report/document will be released subject to the policy of the respective Universities /Schools/Board/Educational Institutes or source institution as such FACTS Transcripts shall not be liable or held responsible for accuracy or completeness or suitability or conclusiveness of the information or output provided by the said institutions.

20. FACTS Transcripts reserves the right to make amendments to the application’s status without notice.

21. To request a refund or cancellation, customer to send an email to [email protected] stating the reason. Please note that no refund will be granted once the order fulfillment process has begun. If your refund request is received and approved after inspection, taking into account our satisfaction of the reasons provided, your refund, minus any applicable deductions, will be processed within 25-45 working days.

22. If during the course of the verification of the documents as filed by the applicant are found forged or fabricated and/or observed to have been issued by the unauthorized universities or university verification department, FACTS Transcript reserves its right to forfeit the entire amount of the application deposited by the applicant and may also initiate appropriate legal action against the applicant as per the law, including but not limited to claiming damages, legal expenses, if any, filing/registration of complaints with the concerned authority, etc

23. After an application has been submitted to the university, in case there is a delay of more than 3 months from the given date, even after providing all the correct/complete documents and all required information, can warrant money back with a deduction of service charges incurred by the company, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and fees paid to the university.

24. Goods Service Tax paid is non-refundable in case of application cancellation.

25. FACTS Transcripts has a cancellation period within the first 48 hours post order confirmation email is initiated from our side.

26. The extension of time may occur due to delays from the university or authentication process delays or caused by missing documents. If the customer declines to provide the necessary missing documents, no refund will be provided in such cases.

27. FACTS Transcripts document checking for a transcript application preparation is based on the guidelines and pre-requisites set by our company, such guideline files can also be downloaded from my account dashboard.

28. Refunds are not available after 24 hours. Customers seeking a refund or cancellation must complete the Cancellation/Refund/Declaration Request Form and provide their bank account details for the refund process. Refund requests will only be considered if the form is submitted. To obtain the form, please email [email protected] and state the reasons for cancellation.

29. FACTS Transcripts will notify the Applicant if there are any necessary corrections required during the verification process i.e, Name Correction/ Marksheet Correction. The verification process will be put on hold until FACTS Transcripts receives the corrected document from the applicant within the university’s stipulated time period. Under this clause, any correction/ rectification of mark sheet or degree will be considered as a new request from the Applicant.

30. FACTS Transcripts is not liable for the rejection of the documents by the addressee. FACTS Transcripts will also not claim responsibility for verification post the submission of the transcript to the respective organizations and agencies. Applicants will be liable to pay the amended fees to the university at the time of the process. We understand the importance of feedback, however, any negative review posted should be factually accurate. In the event of dissatisfaction or issues, users are required to contact our escalation team via email at [email protected] to express their concerns. If any negative comments, posts, or allegations are found online or offline without prior communication and resolution attempts with our escalation team, FACTS reserves the right to have its legal team respond. This response will be made with true identity of the individual and found the post is violation of the our policy agreed such application will be stopped and further no cancellation or refund is accepted. However FACTS will investigate the situation, and provide a resolution amicably based on the information provided and over seeing the possible solutions both party.

31. If the university/department requests for applicant contact details for any reason, FACTS Transcripts is bound to disclose details.

32. FACTS Transcript as a process shall shred the hard copies or erase the soft copies of all documents that were submitted by you while ordering the case, after 1 (one) month of closure of the case.

Limitations of liability

We, nor our affiliates, will be liable for any damages caused by your use or reliance on this website, any materials, or any products or services obtained on or through this website. your sole remedy in the event of any problem with this website, any website materials, or any products or services obtained on or through this website is to stop using that item/service (s).

Under no circumstances will we or our affiliates, or any of our or their respective directors, officers, shareholders, proprietors, partners, employees, agents, representatives, servants, attorneys, predecessors, successors or assigns, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits and damages that result from inconvenience, delay, or loss of use) arising out of use of this website, any materials, arrangements made based on information obtained on or through this website, or products or services obtained on or through this website, even if we or they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

FACTS Transcript further disowns liability towards any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, whether such interruption, suspension, or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent and in no event shall be liable to you for any damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to, negligence) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the web site or for obtaining a policy or service from the website, as applicable.

Further, in no event shall FACTS Transcripts total aggregate liability to a user for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from the terms and conditions or a user’s use of the website exceed Rs. 1000 in the if any portion of this section is determined to be invalid under India’s laws, the invalidity of that portion will not affect the validity of the rest of the applicable
sections. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages.


This User Agreement is made in the State of Karnataka and will be construed and enforced in accordance with Indian law (without regard to its provisions governing conflicts of law), as applied to agreements entered into and completely performed in India, regardless of the jurisdiction in which you work or reside. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration Act, now known as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any legislative changes thereto.

A Sole Arbitrator will be assigned by the Company to the Arbitral Tribunal. When the user invokes the arbitration clause, the User is responsible for all arbitration costs until the Arbitrator issues his or her verdict. The Arbitrator will evaluate whether the Company is liable to pay the costs of the arbitration based on the nature of the claim brought by the User (whether frivolous or not), the amount claimed, the amount awarded, and any other factors that the Arbitrator deems appropriate. When the Company invokes the arbitration clause, the expenses of the arbitration procedures shall be shared equally by the Parties, subject to the
Arbitrator’s finding and as noted in the arbitration agreement.

The arbitration will take place in Bangalore (City), Karnataka (State), and India (Country). The Agreement will be governed by Indian laws. The terms of the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act will regulate the proceedings. FACTS Transcripts controls and operates this Website from its offices in India. We make no claim that this Website or the Materials are suitable or available for use in locations other than India. Those who want to use this Website or the Materials from outside India are responsible for adhering to all relevant local laws.
