This comprehensive collection, acquisition, and collation of data and information are executed in direct correlation with, or as auxiliary to, the facilitation of objectives that may include, but are not limited to, employment-related processes (current or historical), advancement in higher education, overseas travel, compliance with immigration requirements, participation in matrimonial proceedings, or fulfillment of commercial or any other legally permissible purposes.

FACTS Transcripts, in its capacity as an independent service provider, hereby explicitly disclaims any direct, indirect, formal, or informal affiliations, partnerships, or representations with or on behalf of any university, institution, or equivalent educational body. FACTS Transcripts operates exclusively as a facilitator within the framework of peer-to-peer (P2P) logistical service provision, specifically designed to assist in the retrieval and procurement of academic transcripts and related documentation from educational institutions. The functional scope of FACTS Transcripts is delineated as that of an intermediary or bridging entity, fostering streamlined interactions between alumni and universities for the explicit purpose of expediting and optimizing the procedural aspects of document procurement, thereby mitigating the temporal and operational burdens ordinarily associated with such endeavors. This facilitation is conducted strictly under the formalized and explicit authorization provided by the candidates or alumni (hereinafter referred to as “Requestors”). To commence the aforementioned document procurement process, the Requestors are obligated to furnish, in accordance with the stipulated prerequisites, all pertinent and requisite information, supporting documentation, and their unequivocal consent or authorization in the manner and format prescribed and articulated in FACTS Form of this agreement.

FACTS Transcripts extends its offerings to include the provision of detailed informational content and auxiliary materials associated with the services available on this website, which are collectively designated as “Materials” for the purposes of this agreement. Within the framework of this agreement, the term “Academic or Education-related Documents” shall be interpreted in the broadest possible sense to encompass, but not be limited to, the following categories, classifications, and exemplars: a. Comprehensive transcripts reflecting academic, educational, or professional qualification(s), inclusive of all associated records; b. Original pass certificates or degree certificates issued in recognition of completed qualifications; c. Duplicate pass certificates or degree certificates, which may include, but are not limited to, cases involving loss, theft, or misplacement; d. Duplicate mark sheets or academic records, likewise including, but not limited to, instances of loss, theft, or misplacement; e. Officially issued Medium of Instruction certificates, as applicable to the academic program or institution in question; f. Migration Certificates, confirming the transfer or migration of the applicant between educational institutions; and g. Any additional academic or education-related documents not explicitly enumerated above, contingent upon their existence and accessibility at the designated university, Board, College, or Institution, and subject to the relevant procedural and regulatory frameworks governing such issuance.

In conjunction with individuals identified as Requestors, encompassing both those who actively engage in the utilization of services (hereinafter referred to as “Services Receivers”) and those who merely interact with or navigate this website without availing of its services (hereinafter referred to as “Visitors”), all such parties shall collectively and inclusively be designated as “Users” (alternatively referred to throughout this agreement as “You,” “Your,” or “Yourself”).

FACTS Procedures and Policies

Data Collection and Utilization FACTS Transcripts gathers information from users via its websites during the request for services, application submissions, or other interactions pertaining to credentialing and verification services (collectively referred to as “Services”). Additionally, FACTS Transcripts reserves the right to source relevant user information from third parties where required for the provision of requested services. However, this policy does not extend to external or third-party websites that may be accessed via links or referrals on FACTS Transcripts’ platforms, as such external sites operate under their respective terms and policies. Agreement and Consent By accessing and using FACTS Transcripts’ services, including initiating payments to the company, you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, policies, or practices, you are advised to refrain from utilizing the services, submitting documents, or engaging in communication with the company. Legal Acknowledgment The act of accessing FACTS Transcripts’ services, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity, constitutes: a. An acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set forth in this agreement. b. Consent by both you and FACTS Transcripts to be legally bound by the terms of this agreement, with the understanding that this document holds equivalent legal enforceability to a written and signed contract. c. Confirmation that, if representing an entity, you possess the requisite authority to bind the said entity to these terms and conditions. Prohibitions for Non-Compliance Any party unwilling to adhere fully to these terms and conditions, including refraining from expressing agreement through actions such as submitting forms, selecting “I agree,” or proceeding with payment, must abstain from engaging with FACTS Transcripts via any of its platforms, including factstranscript.com, factsverify.com, and worldeducationtranscript.com. Further, such parties are advised against completing authorization or request forms, submitting documentation, or initiating communication with the company. Amendments and Updates These policies are subject to periodic revision. Continued use of the services post-modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Users are therefore encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes or updates to the policies governing the use of FACTS Transcripts’ services. PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that utilization of the services provided shall be strictly confined to their explicitly designated and intended functionalities, with users refraining from any manner of misuse, interference, or divergence from the stated purposes. FACTS Transcripts reserves, at its sole and unchallengeable discretion, the prerogative to accept or decline any applications, cases, or orders, irrespective of rationale, and without an obligation to disclose the reasoning behind such decisions. The utilization of the service does not confer upon the user any proprietary claims, rights, or interests concerning the intellectual property associated with or incorporated within the service. As an intrinsic aspect of service usage, users may receive service-related announcements, administrative correspondence, and ancillary information deemed pertinent. Users explicitly consent to abstain from the submission or uploading of data that is inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise compromised in its integrity. By engaging with the service, users affirmatively consent to the disclosure and transmission of their data to designated third parties, such as affiliated educational institutions, relevant collegiate entities, or authorized representatives of FACTS Transcripts, strictly for the facilitation and fulfillment of service objectives. The provision of user accounts is strictly for operational convenience and communicative facilitation, with associated user details being expunged following the completion of relevant orders. Turnaround Time: Upon receipt of payment and requisite document evaluation, FACTS Transcripts shall initiate the processing of applications within 30 standard working days, coordinating with pertinent institutional entities to endeavor completion within a range of 15 to 120 working days. This timeframe remains subject to the operational timelines and procedural frameworks of the respective institutions. Working days shall be construed as encompassing Monday through Friday, exclusive of officially recognized holidays. Warranties and Disclaimers: Services are rendered on an “as-is” basis, devoid of guarantees pertaining to reliability, availability, or the attainment of specific outcomes. FACTS Transcripts disclaims liability for third-party service providers, including but not limited to courier or postal services, and assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to documents subsequent to dispatch. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FACTS Transcripts and affiliated educational entities against any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from the use of services. FACTS Transcripts shall not be held accountable for rejections by designated recipients. In instances where services are availed on behalf of a third-party entity, said entity is deemed to accept these terms in their entirety and agrees to indemnify FACTS Transcripts against any resultant liabilities. FACTS Transcripts reserves the right to request supplementary documentation where necessary, with the failure to provide such documentation potentially resulting in cancellation of the service request. Should errors within submitted documents be identified by the relevant institution, the requestor may: Request cessation of the case and a refund in accordance with FACTS Transcripts’ refund policy, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Opt for document correction or WES Secondary Verification, each constituting a distinct request subject to additional fees. In circumstances where fees are deemed insufficient due to technical or other anomalies, the user shall bear the responsibility for remitting supplementary charges. Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted within a 24-hour period from the time of payment. Applications placed on hold due to incomplete or erroneous documentation shall be automatically terminated after a lapse of three months, with no refund entitlement. Confidential institutional fee receipts necessitate a $200 processing fee, to be remitted prior to the initiation of the application. Timeframes provided are strictly for guidance purposes, as FACTS Transcripts possesses no control over institutional timelines or procedural delays. FACTS Transcripts disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, or misplacement of documents post-dispatch, and users must adhere to courier service policies for recourse. Additionally, FACTS Transcripts assumes no liability for institutional errors that result in document loss or damage, with reprocessing subject to additional charges. Uncollected documents shall be securely destroyed one month following case closure, with no refund obligations for unclaimed items. Pricing is subject to modification without prior notification. Academic reports are released in alignment with institutional policies, and FACTS Transcripts disclaims responsibility for the accuracy of their content. Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected], with approved refunds being processed within a 25-45 working day timeframe. FACTS Transcripts reserves the unequivocal right to forfeit fees in instances involving the submission of falsified or forged documentation, with legal action pursued as deemed necessary. Goods and Services Tax payments are non-refundable upon application cancellation. Failure to provide requisite additional documentation shall nullify refund eligibility. Cancellations must be accompanied by duly completed forms and bank details, subject to FACTS Transcripts’ approval. FACTS Transcripts shall not be liable for document rejection by designated addressees. FACTS Transcripts reserves the right to pursue legal recourse against defamatory or false reviews. Applicant contact details may be shared with the relevant university or departmental entities where deemed necessary. Submitted documents shall be irreversibly destroyed or erased one month post-case closure. Unauthorized visits, walk-ins, or disruptions at office premises are strictly prohibited. The physical address of FACTS Transcripts is exclusively designated for document receipt purposes, and any breaches of this stipulation shall result in immediate disciplinary measures, inclusive of potential service termination without notice and legal action for instances of harassment or misconduct. GOVERNING LAW

This User Agreement is hereby deemed to be executed within the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Karnataka and shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in strict accordance with the applicable laws of India, excluding any principles or provisions thereof that pertain to conflicts of law. The said laws shall govern this agreement as though it were entered into, performed, and concluded entirely within the territorial bounds of India, specifically in the State of Karnataka, irrespective of the geographical location, domicile, or operational jurisdiction of the user, whether such jurisdiction pertains to their place of work, residence, or otherwise.

Any and all legal actions, claims, or disputes arising from or related to the content of this website, the usage of materials provided herein, any unauthorized citation, reproduction, or republication of services or trademarks, or the enforcement of this User Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to and adjudicated by the courts located within the jurisdiction of the State of Karnataka, India. Specifically, such matters shall be addressed solely in the courts presiding in Bangalore. By accessing or utilizing this website, you expressly consent to the resolution of any and all disputes associated with this website in the courts of Bangalore, and such consent constitutes an explicit and irrevocable condition for the use of this website and its services.

Any and all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its interpretation, execution, performance, or alleged breach, shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended or replaced by any subsequent legislation in force in India. The arbitration proceedings shall adhere strictly to the procedural and substantive mandates of the aforementioned Act or its legislative successors.

A Sole Arbitrator, appointed solely by the Company, shall constitute the Arbitral Tribunal to adjudicate disputes arising under this Agreement. In instances where the User invokes the arbitration clause, the User shall bear the entirety of the arbitration costs and expenses until such time as the Arbitrator delivers a final verdict. The Arbitrator shall have the discretion to determine whether the Company is liable to reimburse any portion of the arbitration costs based on factors including, but not limited to, the frivolity or substantive merit of the User’s claim, the quantum of the amount claimed, the quantum awarded, and any other considerations deemed relevant by the Arbitrator. Conversely, when the arbitration clause is invoked by the Company, the costs and expenses associated with the arbitration proceedings shall be shared equally by both Parties unless otherwise determined by the Arbitrator in accordance with the terms of the arbitration agreement and the findings rendered during the arbitration process.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the city of Bangalore, within the State of Karnataka, in the country of India. This Agreement, including all disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the arbitration process shall adhere to the provisions outlined in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended or applicable. FACTS Transcripts manages, controls, and operates this Website from its offices located in India, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, accessibility, or availability of this Website or its Materials for use in jurisdictions outside of India. Users who choose to access this Website or its Materials from locations outside of India do so at their own risk and shall bear full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and legal requirements in their respective jurisdictions.
