Welcome to www.factstranscripts.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “FACTS Transcripts” or “FACTS” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Company”), an initiative of IBC Group, a company incorporated under the Companies (Amended) Act 2013 and the Companies Act 1956 in India (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “FACTS Transcripts” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Company”). FACTS Transcripts propose to collect data and other information about individuals and persons who have authorized or will authorize and engage FACTS Transcripts to apply for and obtain academic or education-related documents on their behalf from the specified/corresponding university/Board/College/Institution (hereinafter referred to as the “Requestor” or “Applicant”). This collection of data and information is for or in connection with their employment (current/past), higher education, overseas travel, commercial, matrimonial, and immigration purposes, among others.
FACTS Transcripts, as a service provider, does not have any affiliations with or act directly or indirectly on behalf of any university or institution. We operate as a facilitator, offering peer-to-peer (P2P) logistics services for transcript retrieval from educational institutions. Our role is to act as a bridge between alumni and universities, streamlining the document procurement process to save time and effort. This is done under the authorization of candidates/alumni. To initiate the document procurement process, requestors are required to provide relevant information, corresponding documents, and their consent/authorization in the prescribed format as detailed in Annexure-1 of this agreement.
FACTS Transcripts also provides information and materials regarding the services available on this website, collectively referred to as “Materials.” In this agreement, the term “Academic or Education related documents” shall encompass the following:
a. Transcript of academic, educational, or professional qualification(s);
b. Original pass certificate(s) or degree certificate(s);
c. Duplicate pass certificate(s) or degree certificates, including but not limited to lost or theft cases;
d. Duplicate mark sheet(s), including but not limited to lost or theft cases;
e. Medium of Instructions;
f. Migration Certificates; and
g.Any other academic or education-related documents not covered above, subject to their availability at specified/corresponding university/Board/College/Institution.
Together with Requestors (including Services Receivers) and Visitors of this Website we are referred to as ‘Users’ (also referred to as “You,” “Your,” and “You”)

By utilizing the online service provided by FACTS TRANSCRIPTS AND VERIFICATION INC. (FACTS Transcripts), you, as the user, agree to the terms of service and procedures outlined by FACTS (A IBC Group Company) as follows: We gather information from you through our websites, including factsverify.com, factranscript.com, and worldeducationtranscript.com. This information is collected when you request information from us or apply for our credential and verification services, collectively referred to as our “Services.” Additionally, we may obtain information about you from other sources when providing the Services you have requested. It’s important to note that this policy does not apply to information collected by any external websites that may be accessible from or on our Website. We urge you to carefully read and understand this policy to familiarize yourself with our policies and practices regarding your information and how we handle it. Any individual or entity that is unwilling to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the aforementioned acknowledgment and agreement, should refrain from emailing or paying or having any communication with company or submitting documents and selecting the “I agree” or “submit” button associated with this process agreement. Furthermore, they should not access, use, or browse the websites factstranscript.com, factsverify.com, or worldeducationtranscript.com. Moreover, they should refrain from filling out any details, authorization forms, request forms, or making any payments.
PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
- You agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose and refrain from any misuse or interference.
- FACTS Transcripts retains the right to accept or reject any cases or orders without providing reasons.
- Your usage of our service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with it.
- As part of your service usage, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other relevant information. You agree not to upload or submit any inaccurate or misleading data.
- By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be shared with designated recipients, such as your college/institution or FACTS Transcripts representatives, to provide you with the service. A user account is provided for convenience and communication purposes only, and user details are removed after order completion. Applicants may continue to communicate via the official email at [email protected].
- Turnaround Time: Upon receiving payment and document evaluation, FACTS Transcripts will begin the process within 30 working days, coordinating with the respective University/Board/College/Institution to complete it within 15-120 working days, subject to their internal timelines. Working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Warranties and Disclaimers: Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of reliability, availability, or specific results. FACTS Transcripts is not responsible for third-party services, such as courier or postal services, and assumes no liability for lost or damaged documents once dispatched.
- You agree to indemnify FACTS Transcripts and your college/institution against any claims resulting from service use. FACTS Transcripts is not responsible for any rejections by the addressee.
- If using services on behalf of another entity, that entity accepts these terms and agrees to hold FACTS Transcripts harmless.
- Additional documents may be required. Failure to provide requested documents may result in cancellation. If the concerned institution identifies errors in submitted documents, the requestor may:
- Request to stop the case and receive a refund according to FACTS’s policy, subject to applicable terms.
- Request document corrections / WES Secondary Verification, which will be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
- If fees are insufficient due to technical or other issues, the user may need to pay additional fees.
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from payment time.
- If an application is put on hold due to incomplete or incorrect documents, it will close automatically after 3 months, with no refunds.
- Confidential institutional fee receipts require a $200 fee and such request and payment should be made prior to start of the application.
- Time estimates are guidelines, as FACTS Transcripts has no control over institutional factors affecting timelines.
- FACTS Transcripts is not responsible for lost or damaged documents post-dispatch; courier policies apply.
- FACTS Transcripts is not liable for loss or damage of documents due to institutional errors, with reprocessing requiring additional charges.
- Uncollected documents will be shredded after one month, with no refunds for uncollected items.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Academic reports are released subject to institutional policies, and FACTS Transcripts is not liable for their content accuracy.
- Refund requests require an email to [email protected], and refunds, if approved, will be processed within 25-45 working days.
- FACTS Transcripts reserves the right to forfeit fees if forged documents are discovered and may take legal action if necessary.
- Goods Service Tax paid is non-refundable if an application is canceled.
- If additional documents are required to complete the process and are not provided, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations must include the required form and bank details as per the FACTS which is issued based on approval.
- FACTS Transcripts is not responsible for document rejections by the addressee. Negative reviews should be factual, and unresolved concerns should be addressed to our escalation team at [email protected]. FACTS Transcripts may respond to false reviews legally.
- If required, applicant contact details will be shared with the university/department.
- FACTS Transcripts will shred or erase submitted documents one month after case closure.
Limitations of liability
We, nor our affiliates, will be liable for any damages caused by your use or reliance on this website, any materials, or any products or services obtained on or through this website. your sole remedy in the event of any problem with this website, any website materials, or any products or services obtained on or through this website is to stop using that item/service (s).
Under no circumstances will we or our affiliates, or any of our or their respective directors, officers, shareholders, proprietors, partners, employees, agents, representatives, servants, attorneys, predecessors, successors or assigns, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits and damages that result from inconvenience, delay, or loss of use) arising out of use of this website, any materials, arrangements made based on information obtained on or through this website, or products or services obtained on or through this website, even if we or they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This User Agreement is made in the State of Karnataka and will be construed and enforced in accordance with Indian law (without regard to its provisions governing conflicts of law), as applied to agreements entered into and completely performed in India, regardless of the jurisdiction in which you work or reside. Any action arising out of the content of this website, your use of the materials, or your unauthorized citation, reproduction or re-publishment of any service or use of any marks, or any action to enforce this user agreement will be brought only to the courts presiding in the state of Karnataka, India, and your explicit use of this website is limited to persons who agree to have any and all disputes related to this website resolved in the courts of Bangalore, and such an agreement is an express condition to using this website.
Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration Act, now known as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any legislative changes thereto.
A Sole Arbitrator will be assigned by the Company to the Arbitral Tribunal. When the user invokes the arbitration clause, the User is responsible for all arbitration costs until the Arbitrator issues his or her verdict. The Arbitrator will evaluate whether the Company is liable to pay the costs of the arbitration based on the nature of the claim brought by the User (whether frivolous or not), the amount claimed, the amount awarded, and any other factors that the Arbitrator deems appropriate. When the Company invokes the arbitration clause, the expenses of the arbitration procedures shall be shared equally by the Parties, subject to the
Arbitrator’s finding and as noted in the arbitration agreement.
The arbitration will take place in Bangalore (City), Karnataka (State), and India (Country). The Agreement will be governed by Indian laws. The terms of the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act will regulate the proceedings. FACTS Transcripts controls and operates this Website from its offices in India. We make no claim that this Website or the Materials are suitable or available for use in locations other than India. Those who want to use this Website or the Materials from outside India are responsible for adhering to all relevant local laws.
