How to start the process: If you opt for FACTS, we will handle the application on your behalf. We will submit your documents and the ECA Academic Request form, which contains relevant details about your educational background, to initiate the transcript evaluation.
Transcript submission: FACTS ensures that your transcripts are obtained directly from the issuing institution, in this case, IGNOU. The transcripts are sent by IGNOU directly to ECE for evaluation, based on the information provided in your application and the ECA Academic Request form.
Verification process: ECE has experience working with transcripts from Indian universities, including those received through FACTS. They may cross-reference the provided information with the issuing institution to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the transcripts. In certain cases, they may directly contact the institution for further confirmation.
Tracking progress: Once the transcript evaluation process is completed, you will receive a tracking number. This number enables you to monitor the progress of your evaluation on the ECE dashboard, specifically in the “track my package” section.
The duration of the entire process can vary depending on factors such as ECE’s workload and the complexity of your educational background. It is recommended to directly consult with ECE for precise information regarding the estimated time duration and any additional requirements that may be necessary.
