US engineering licensure through NCEES usually needs a course-by-course record and syllabus documentation, not just a transcript. For OU engineering graduates we gather the grade cards and curriculum set together so the application is not returned incomplete.
An MOI letter from OU confirms your course was taught in English. Universities abroad, immigration authorities and credential evaluators frequently accept it in place of an IELTS or TOEFL score. It is a separate document from the transcript and we can obtain both together.

The New Zealand Qualifications Authority assesses overseas qualifications for immigration and study. NZQA requires documents authenticated by OU. We obtain and submit them.
Qatar’s Qualification Verification Process requires your OU degree to be verified before employment or professional licensing. The verification is done with the university, not with you. We manage the OU side of it.
MOFA attestation — the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp required across the Gulf — sits at the end of a chain: OU verification, then state or HRD attestation, then MEA, then the embassy, then MOFA. A gap anywhere in that chain sends the file back. We run the whole chain.
For Hague Convention countries, an apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs replaces embassy attestation. It still requires your OU documents to be verified and attested first, in the right order.
