- Your university and degree
- Year of completion
- Destination authority (WES, ECE, IQAS, ECFMG, AHPRA, etc.)
- Reference number (if you've already applied at the destination)
- Any urgency or special requirements

Step 2: Authorization and Onboarding
Once you accept the quote:
- Sign the authorization document (digital signing supported) — this gives FACTS legal authority to represent you at your university.
- Provide supporting documents — we need photocopies/scans of your degree certificate, mark sheets, ID proof. Upload via our portal or email.
- Provide your destination authority's reference number if you've already applied (or we can guide you through application if needed).
- Pay the 50% advance via the portal (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal supported).
- Get assigned a case manager — your dedicated point of contact throughout the process.
Step 3: University Application
Our team takes over from here:
- We complete the university's transcript application form on your behalf
- Prepare the demand draft for university fees
- Attach all required supporting documents

Step 4: Document Procurement and Pickup
While the university processes your application:
